The care plans put in place for our 94 year old family friend who is in need of assistance to stay in his own home has been excellent from the start. His needs have changed several times since his care plan began and the immediate help available has been so reassuring and helpful. The field supervisors, office staff and emergency contacts are all excellent.
Bluebird Care perform the job up to more than the required standard.
