I would recommend Bluebird Care (Bury) because they help me a lot not just with care but with personal reasons as well with the cleaning schedule. They're very helpful if you have an appointment and you need to change your time of the call. Friendly and helpful staff. They always get the schedules out on time and I think some of my carers are very approachable. Some carers are on time some are not on time. Sometimes I am notified of changes and sometimes I am not.

Staff are really professional. The manager is really nice to talk to if you have any questions or problems and will solve the problems as quickly as possible.

I like my carers and the staff in the office. My carers help me with my hygiene, my dressing and money. I enjoy planning and going out with my carers.

Thank you for all the good care I received. It could not be better, you gave me what I asked for, good carers who would understand my needs. As I am deaf and my carer is kind and understanding and helps me if people want to reach me by phone which makes life so much easier and in other ways, your care has made is so much easier for every carer to care for me. I have more good carers than not.

Very good experience. Carers are cheerful, helpful and caring. Although I find the hourly rate quite expensive, I have managed up to now using my benefit. The office staff are very good as well sorting out any problems.
