I am very impressed with the care given to my mum over the last year. Bluebird Care have been very flexible and responsive to changing needs, and I feel very confident that Mum is being looked after well. Communication with the agency is very good. They have also provided consistent care people, and this is really important for Mum as she has been very resistant to having anyone coming into her home. Good company with informative emails regarding rotas and bills etc. The manager keeps in contact and has good carers. The only bad point is charging double on bank holidays! PS. hope the staff get double on those days but doubt it!

I have been delighted with the quality of care that my aunt receives. She has Alzheimer's and is dealt with with dignity and consideration. My Aunt has built up a trusting relationship with her carers and looks forward to their visits. They have dealt with any issues arising in a friendly and professional way. In addition to the front line care, I have also been impressed with the understanding and flexibility of office staff and management when any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

My cousin fell down the stairs recently and, after a period in hospital, required support to be able to live at home. Whilst the Social Services provided some help we naturally turned to Bluebird who had been providing cleaning and shopping before the accident. We are pleased with Bluebird Care and have been impressed and more than satisfied with the competency, professionalism, quality of person-centred care, and above all excellence of the support provided.
The care received has been very good. The carer follows the care plan and highlights any issues she sees that would otherwise go unnoticed by the family.
After a recent hip replacement, I needed someone to help me wash and dress myself for a few weeks, I was very pleased to have a kind and efficient carer from Bluebird Care.
