Right from the beginning, I have found Bluebird to be very responsive, easy to contact and very good at keeping me up to date. In caring for my aunt who is at a very difficult stage of her life they have been very flexible in catering for her needs. The carers all have been very kind and my Aunt likes them very much.

I have found Bluebird to listen to Mum's needs, be understanding and totally proactive in providing the level of care required. The Manager is one of the loveliest people, so kind, so caring and she goes above and beyond to help provide a truly personal service. She is also highly professional and makes sure the carers are chosen carefully - this is not something I've found with other care agencies. Really useful service provided by the agency following foot surgery. Having someone to do housework and get shopping for me really helped in the early stages of my post-op recovery.

I have been delighted with the service my 91-year-old Mum receives from Bluebird Care. There has been really good continuity of care and the two carers who mostly come are both kind, committed and reliable. Having had them visiting for more than 18 months now, they are starting to feel like part of the family. My Mum likes them and feels safe with them - they make a big difference to her quality of life and are helping to keep her as well as possible.

I write as executor and family friend of the client - a person with severe learning difficulties, bereft of their mother since October 2018. This person has been cared for by Bluebird Care with great compassion and positive sensitivity. There is another family member of eighty-nine years who also benefits from the atmosphere and ethos of Bluebird visits twice daily. Personally, I have found Bluebird Care/carers supportive, respectful and very reliable in any situation. I highly recommend Bluebird Care.

We were very happy with our initial contact by telephone and email. On meeting at my mother's house our contact was extremely knowledge and helpful and understood our needs without being pushy. Our first carer was not suitable but a new one was found immediately and is perfect for my mother, she is very happy.
