Bluebird have been looking after my Dad since September 2024, following his return home after a severe stroke. Before the stroke, he was a very active 79-year-old; afterwards, he lost the use of his right side and can no longer walk or use his right arm. Our dad had a stroke and is half paralyzed we used another provider before bluebird who were far from reliable. bluebird care about our dad , cannot do enough for him , send us messages if any problems and are so caring especially his usual carer Niaomi , who really really cares for our dad which takes so much worry away from myself and my sister . thank you BIBI , KAYLEY and all the staff .

We have been a using Bluebird Elmbridge/Runneymede to look after our 93 year old mother for months. In what has been a difficult time the service from all the people at Bluebird has been of a very high standard. The initial contact and start up was handled well and the carers and their supervisors have been lovely people to deal with. They are carers and that is what they do well. Bluebird have done a fantastic job in helping to support my 94 year old father for the past few months. We originally engaged with Bluebird just for help when we are on holiday, but soon after Dad unfortunately caught the flu, followed by another infection, resulting in two hospital stays. My mother in law who is over 100yrs old has had bluebird since leaving hospital 6 months ago she and we are very impressed and happy with her carers. Her wish was to be home again and bluebird made this possible, she likes them all, and knows them all by first name. I can't recommend Bluebird care enough. My mum came home from hospital and they have provided care twice a day for a month now. Mum loves the ladies who are kind compassionate and supportive of her needs.

My mother developed rapidly deteriorating Dementia managing this situation you feel very alone when searching solutions to support and ensure their dignity and wishes in my mother's case to remain in her home. Bluebird have been looking after my elderly father for six months now, ever since my mother went into a care home. They have taken note of all his needs and wishes and have responded to any changing circumstances quickly and efficiently. He is more than happy with the carers who come to see him once a day, mostly to clean and look after the house, but also to provide him with some companionship and administer to his medication and occasional health needs. Bluebird Care have been a huge support for us as a family, not just in terms of everyday care, but when an illness came up the care and coordination to support whilst we were abroad was hugely reassuring.
