We are very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care to my mother. They are always very accommodating and helpful with any problems or extra help that we need. The same team of ladies visit my mother on a regular basis, therefore they know her well, and know when something is wrong or she is unwell. They contact us via text or telephone should they have any concerns regarding my mother, and have in the past called the emergency services when my mother was unwell and stayed with her until we arrived to take over.
