Bluebird has played an integral part in my grandfather and now grandmother's life for some time now. They are caring, honest, and extremely professional. Their service has meant that both my grandparents have been able to retain some level of independence, crucial for her mental health and wellbeing. They are always quick to respond when urgent care or action is needed and excellent at keeping me updated. My grandmother refers to them as angels. Really couldn't put it better myself.

Bluebird Care has been looking after Mum really well now for several years. As we struggle through Lockdown 3 Mum has remained positive and upbeat. Part of the reason for that has been the care and support she has received from her regular bi-weekly visits from the Bluebird Carers. She finds them 'excellent' and 'very pleasant and she is reassured by their presence saying 'I am not worried about falling'. I am very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care to my Uncle for the last two years. They are always very helpful. We have a regular helper so we have formed a good relationship with them. They know him well and know when something is wrong or he is unwell. They contact me via text, telephone or email should they have any concerns, and have in the past called the doctor for me when my Uncle was unwell. The staff at Bluebird are exceptional. They care about their clients and will do everything in their power to look after them. They have provided an invaluable service and nothing is too much trouble. They have moved mountains to help us during lockdown and I am incredibly grateful to the team there.

Nearly all carers have been very good. Just one or two were not up to standard. They are always very helpful and kind. I have never had so many compliments in my entire life as I have had from Bluebird carers and helpful suggestions.
Carers generally smart and visiting times adhered to. The limited English of some staff may require interpretation. Turnover of staff appears high but is probably in line with the industry. Rates and bills provided promptly. Efficient back office staff.

The standard of care to my wife was very good and was delivered with efficiency and good humour.
