Bluebird were very professional & very caring for my 95 year old mother. All the Carers were great but special thanks to Maria & Supervisor Joanna. The standard of care was excellent and the Carers carried out household chores with dedication.

Bluebird carers have cared for my Dad for eight years. Since February we have had to increase Dads care package. We have found both the carers who come in and the staff in the office to be extremely competent, caring and above all reliable - they have never let us down. Whilst Dad is unable to communicate he has a lovely relationship with the familiar carers who even get a smile from him.

The carers have been very good looking after my mum and she looks forward to seeing them. They are always reliable, compassionate and cheerful. The office staff are understanding and very helpful too.

Would recommend Bluebird Care as a caring and helpful company. We initially started with them to support my dad's last days but they stayed on and have been a great help to my mum and she enjoys their company. We have had to increase the care my mum receives over the last few months and Bluebird have been able to help us at short notice, which has made all the difference. We find the office staff very helpful with any queries and set our minds at rest. We are now moving to live-in care and are hoping this will work as well.

The family are very happy with the care that has been provided to my aunt. The carers have never let us down and are as punctual as they can be. They are well-trained and helpful in supplying useful information and are professional in their care and support. My aunt always speaks highly of all the carers and says they are always cheerful which helps to brighten her day.

I realise that we are all individuals and that we all have different needs. Therefore I can only offer my opinion on the way in which I have been cared for.
