Bluebird continues to offer an extremely reliable service, of a high standard. Carers are respectful, conscientious and carry out their tasks with sensitivity, warmth and professionalism. They show a great deal of kindness to my mother and seem to understand her well. It is easy to keep in touch with the staff, and they always try to meet any requests if something new crops up at short notice. Our family are very grateful to all the staff for their continuing care.

Very pleased indeed with Bluebird Care. Very adaptable/always contactable /very committed. My mother has been under their care for 4 years now and it has made a huge difference to her wellbeing.

My mother has received an increasing amount of care over the last two years, beginning with a couple of visits a day and now having increased to four. I have met several of the staff in that time and have frequently been impressed by their caring nature and general desire to help my mother. I have total confidence in Bluebird to provide much-needed support to my mum and step-father. Their service has been a great comfort to me, as with all the Covid restrictions and living two hours drive away, I have relied on the carers totally and they have never failed in their duty of care - not just to my parents but also me, they keep me informed of any issues and help me communicate with them using FaceTime, which I very much appreciate as with my mum’s dementia telephone calls can be a struggle but when she sees me on ... read more

Very professional at all times. Front line and office staff all kind, caring, and considerate towards the client and their families. Great communication which is always prompt and appropriate. We really don't have a bad word to say about anything! Not an excellent score for overall standard because carer arrives smelling strongly of smoke, but this is being addressed.
I can't thank you enough for the care you have given Mum over the past two years. All the staff are so caring and professional. Every time I needed to speak or email various members of staff, I was dealt with affectionately, and everyone has been so helpful. Many thanks to you all.
