Bluebird do a fantastic job. They're great with communication. They really do care for their clients and bring a sense of joy to their day. I'd 100% recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs it.

A reliable, responsive and professional service. A huge relief to me that we have carers I can depend on to be kind, compassionate & caring as well as professional in their approach. Great that the company can tailor their service as needs change. The coffee mornings and encouragement to socialise are tangible benefit - something to look forward to, enjoy, and make happy memories.

The carers have always been very pleasant, helpful and professional. I feel they are genuinely interested in me as a person. Using Bluebird Care is one of the best decisions I have made since the onset of my illness.

My Grandma was extremely down & lonely as she still lives by herself at 93. Bluebird Care have been brilliant & given her the help & company she needed. She loves her carer and call her 'her best friend' she looks forward to he visit every day

Following the death of my husband (Alzheimer's dementia) who was cared for by Bluebird in his latter years - I felt the need of some domestic/mental support to be continued. Bluebird Care was able to provide this with a weekly session by a trusted reliable lady.

I am extremely grateful to and highly recommend Bluebird Lewisham & Southwark management and carers for stepping into the breach late in the day Thursday afternoon before the bank holiday Easter Weekend. We had an unexpected emergency with my elderly 90 year old mother and were keen to keep her out of hospital, by supporting her at home. I contacted Bluebird (she has a Bluebird carer weekly) who organised carers to go into my mother twice daily to support her with her personal care whilst she was incapacitated, report back t... read more

The care team has been excellent. They understand Alan's needs well and try and support my mother well. The staff are friendly and greet them nicely and are helpful.
