Excellent all round delivery - friendly, efficient, helpful at all times. Always prompt and reliable, informing us of any changes in personnel/carer and/or changes in schedule. Staff made helpful suggestions where appropriate to source other available care regarding our needs. Very comprehensive overall.

Carers are warm, welcoming and helpful and management (manager of Mid and West Cornwall) is excellent. Always has time for us if and when help is needed.

Have found the care provided very satisfactory. Carers very understanding my needs, thoughtful and sympathetic in any situation. A very helpful add to my daily routines. No Complaints.
The manager of our area (Truro) is not as good as he should be. He doesn't listen to complaints and concerns about me not being comfortable with certain carers. I have asked him not to send certain carers here, but he still does. Most of the carers who come to my house are brilliant.
