As usual, we have had excellent care from all the Bluebird carers. They are kind and take very good care of me as they have done for 6 years.

I look forward to seeing the ladies every morning. They are always cheerful and take an interest in my day today activities, we put the world to rights and share a smile. I always feel relaxed and ready to face even the gloomiest of days. I regard them all as my friends.

Since having Bluebird Care (which I thought I didn't need). I am helped to shower and hair wash with a delightful group of ladies. They all treat me with dignity and respect as well as being happy and having a laugh with me. I feel well looked after and am glad we chose Bluebird.

My husband is totally dependent on all of his day to day living and care needs. Both of us feel well supported by the management who always strive to accommodate additional requests and the companionship respite sitters and the domiciliary team double-handed 4 times daily. The staff members are very aware of the boundaries between work and personal relationships and respect them. They treat my husband with care and dignity in what could be quite embarrassing circumstances. We are very happy with the arrangement.

Bluebird is a wonderful agency. I wish I could name my sister's carers here as they are very special. Without a doubt, Bluebird is the best agency that I have ever known. Thank you.

We are extremely happy with the wonderful care given to us by Bluebird Care Cornwall. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they are happy to help with anything. We mostly see the same carers which is brilliant for continuity. I can't praise them enough. Carers who really care.

I am really grateful for the consistency of care, compassion and open communication. Everyone at Bluebird Care Cornwall Mid is approachable, empathic and always ready to help. My career is/was in care, and I am always trying to get my friends to apply for a job there because it's one of t he best organisations I have come across in this area. The staff, experience and training are of really high quality, and I just love them.
