Smart, caring, considerate, helpful, patient. Tidy, prompt, friendly, and supportive. Value for money - no experience of comparable companies' charges. The staff makes every effort to meet the needs of the client in all aspects. It is extremely helpful to have a rota of morning attendance times as I need to take medication to help my breathing prior to washing and dressing.

After more than three years of excellent care, we faced the thought of lockdown with some anxiety. My completely immobile husband has been having three times care and helps with all his needs at each visit - would that be possible? - would Bluebird be able to provide this? - would the carers be willing to put themselves at risk of infection?. The service my mother has received from Bluebird in the last 12-months has been excellent. The management team, in particular, is outstanding. I have never been let down on a call, should there be an issue, I am always contacted by a senior member of staff, never the carer. All visits are timely as notified weekly. The carers are extremely kind and patient and service has been flexible. The only criticism is the 28-day cancellation policy, even for hospital visits.

Overall excellent. The only minus point is when times are changed from the rota. It would be helpful if someone could phone me to let me know. I can be getting on with jobs around the house, knowing that I've got 1/2 hr or more to get on with stuff. I realise this is an extra job for you to squeeze in. I'm not bothered if the carer is just 10/15 minutes late.

I have nothing but praise for all the carers at Bluebird. They are always attentive to mine and my wife's needs, even though, throughout this terrible virus they are often very tired after working long hours with Bluebird. I can't speak highly enough of the whole staff and carers.
