Since using Bluebird Care, we have been very happy with the service provided. The carers are well turned out and look very professional. Nothing is too much trouble, and they go above and beyond for the client ie my mum. My mum always looked forward to them visiting so she can have a good chat.

An excellent service. All carers were willing to help, and I have a lot of carer friends that helped me put the shopping deliveries away, which I can't do on my own. They were all so friendly.

Overall services for my brother are very good. The management for my brother seems to work well and the carers who visit are excellent. One very small problem has been when I've left a message for my brother's carer with the office in Chelmsford, that it hasn't been passed on. (I don't know how that system should work.) Thanks for all the work you do. Great.

These are challenging times to provide Domiciliary Care. Bluebird Care Services has provided care to my wife for the past nine months. They regularly review their operational procedures to where possible improve the service. We receive a weekly timetable of visits and they provide a nucleus of staff who know my wife's requirements. The carers are excellent and treat us with respect, dignity and kindness. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.

I found the whole process easy and thorough. I was able to get the care, time and day I required. Staff always polite and efficient.There was always an email informing me of any changes (really useful ). Could not ask for anything more.
