The care provided for my Mother has been first class, both on the domestic and personal care front. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone who is worried about taking on outside help for their loved ones. Thank you very much.

All I can say is that the carers were fantastic. Everything we needed or requested for my dad, they provided for his comfort and personal care.

From the first phone call I made until sadly my mother died the whole package was amazing, the carers were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they built up a rapport with my mum, which both she and we appreciated. The management were totally on the ball. I would have no hesiation about recommending Bluebird to anyone who was in need of care. Have to say they knocked spots off the first well known company I went with, so glad I changed to them.

I must praise Bluebird Care for enabling me to go on holiday abroad. They supplied the carers who accompanied myself and my friend. In particular I must thank the regional care manager. Without her help and encouragement, the holiday would never have taken place. What will Bluebird enable me to do next? Whatever I decide, I am sure that they are up for the challenge!

After a fall my grandfather had, resulting in a broken hip we decided to look into home care. With all the good reviews and word of mouth lead us to contact Bluebird Care, and we are very happy we did, the team is fantastic from the moment we all met to present my grandfather's care has been outstanding, he has a personal care support plan to meet his every need. A lot of back and forth with office staff. Was not given terms and conditions of private side of things, despite starting in August 2025. Asking lots of times for these and not receiving until Feb 2026. Apart from that, the girls have been amazing with my mum! Also, time changed and no notice given!

I think you are too expensive.

At Bluebird Care, we invest a lot of time and money into care assistants training and we also pay them well above the national minimum wage. This helps with the excellent continuity of care that we provide as we are able to keep our workers in the business. We employ supervisors and team leaders to support our staff and customers to maintain our high standards. I hope you can appreciate that all of this comes at an added cost.
