Bluebird Care provides support and home care to my mother, who is 92 and suffers from Alzheimer's Dementia. I am eternally grateful to the team who visit three times daily. Over the past six months, the carers have built up an excellent relationship with my mother and she now looks forward to their regular contact. I would like to thank Bluebird Care for their continuity of care they have provided to my mam. We have had other providers come in to do domestic care but there were lots of different faces each week so we decided that we needed a change and we are so glad we did. My father in law had Bluebird carers looking after him during mealtime visits and overnight. Never once have we had any concerns with the care he received and the carers were always professional, polite, helpful and the care was fantastic, staying with him over their time if they had found him after a fall. I would recommend Bluebird care 100%
Would like to add congratulations to our carer for his well-earned award as 'carer of the month'. I would also like to thank all of the carers and staff we have met for their kind and friendly service which is much appreciated. Can't say enough about the help I get. I am very happy and I have no problems. Girls are lovely and very helpful and polite.
The quality of care provided for my 95 year old mother was excellent. She regarded the carers as her friends and looked forward to their visits. I have no problems with recommending this service to any friends or relatives.
Excellent service from a very caring young lady. My sister has accepted care willingly even though care from a previous company had failed badly and resulted in my sister changing her locks so they could not enter the house. Managers have also been very helpful in this settling in period.
