All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The service is excellent and gives me reassurance that my mother is in safe hands.

Had a good day. Need to do this every week. The carers are very good. I do miss one member of staff in particular.
The people that support my father appear to be dedicated and he has developed a good relationship with all of them. He says "male carers need to go on a bed-making course" haha. Any issues that have arisen have been quickly resolved by the manager who has presented as helpful and understanding.
I am very pleased with the service I have had from Bluebird. Nothing is too much trouble for our 'ladies', especially cookers!
