My mother needed care following hip surgery. The Bluebird team showed huge understanding and willingness to provide genuine care to suit all her needs. They were able to accommodate our requests and generally helped us through the care process. Highly recommended!
Bluebird South Oxfordshire have been caring (part-time) for my father who has dementia, over the past 7 months. I have found them to be flexible, reliable and caring. The staff in the office are a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to families in a similar situation.
Although the family only used Bluebird for 3 weeks, we found them especially helpful and compassionate as well as being thorough in assessing mum. They delivered their side of the contract efficiently and competently. First rate service.
Bluebird have been providing care services in the home for my mum since May this year. The care staff have been unfailingly caring for my mum even when her mood changes made her difficult and at times unappreciative of the service they were providing for her without which she would not have been able to continue to live in her own home.
