Bluebird have been providing care services in the home for my mum since May this year. The care staff have been unfailingly caring for my mum even when her mood changes made her difficult and at times unappreciative of the service they were providing for her without which she would not have been able to continue to live in her own home. The carers were proactive in contacting medical professionals when required and as none of mum's immediate family live near her kept us up to date on her situation between our visits.
