After less than satisfactory care from a previous provider, the standard of care my mum received from Bluebird was excellent. Right from the beginning they listened to our concerns. The office staff were always helpful and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. All the carers who helped to look after Mum were very friendly and did 'care' and actually did feel like 'friends'. Mum loved to have a chat with them and they helped to brighten up her day. Over the past couple of weeks my uncle has been slowly getting frail but his is 101 years old. Bluebird has noticed this and have adjusted his care to meet his new needs. The have also been in contact with with me to let me know as his needs change and what they thought his new requirements needed. Can not thank them enough for all the have done.

I have found Bluebird Care to be excellent. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, small changes can be implemented quickly and easily and the have gone above and beyond to help keep me updated on things that could affect my Mother's care.
