I have found Bluebird Care St Helens to be an extremely good and efficient company. All the carers are extremely diligent, helpful, and friendly. They arrive each day as arranged and they all have an excellent knowledge of their role to solve any problems that may occur. We are delighted by the service they provide.

We have had a good experience all round except a few teething problems. The care is very new to us as we did not need it previously. I find my father enjoys the company despite having Alzheimer's and doesn't know the girl's names. He has had a good experience at night time care due to the ladies giving him a laugh. The only negative I have is I do not get a manifest of what has been prescribed that day since it is done on a mobile. That bit is a little frustrating. Wipes are being overly used and I run out too quickly.

At times too many changes in carers.
