I applaud the Bluebird team! Those I have met or spoken with on the phone are unfailingly kind and helpful. They are always most respectful of my mum's wishes and treat her with dignity and respect. On several occasions, they have gone 'above and beyond', always adapting to the situation with kindness and care and giving helpful suggestions. A very hard working, caring and professional team. Thank you.
I have been using Bluebird Care Torbay for over six months and I have been very impressed with the level of care they provide for my elderly father who suffers with dementia. The staff are friendly, kind hearted and reliable and consistently provide an exemplary level of care, often going above and beyond what is expected. I can honestly say I strongly recommend Bluebird as a very high quality care provider for anyone who wants the reassurance that their loved ones will be well looked after.
I think Bluebird are very good and very helpfull. Nothing is to much trouble.
We have been receiving personal care for my husband who has Parkinsons and Parkinsons Dementia, through Bluebird Care Torbay. Over the past months we have experienced very professional carers for whom nothing is too much trouble. The level of communication with my husband, from each carer, is second to none. Friendly attitudes, helpful suggestions, non judgmental personal care, all in the mornings when the carers are most under pressure. We are very happy with the level of care provided.

After nearly a year of companionship for my husband I have found one staff member in particular to be perfect for my husbands needs as a carer, he helps my husband with, shopping, cooking, walking and gets him out. (my husband cannot do any of these independantly) He also asks if I need anything doing or shopping etc. and make sure that my husband doesn't forget to pick it up when they are out.
