Bluebird Care Torbay looked after my father for end of life care. All the carers were superb. Professional and very kind. They all took time to talk to Dad about his life and engaged him in his interests. He looked forward to their visits each day. I cannot praise them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My mum was a reluctant client at first, but as time went on she absolutely relied on your care. It brought much-needed peace of mind for me and I would recommend Bluebird for their professionalism.

We have only positive things to say about Bluebird Care Torbay. From our initial contact with management to the fantastic care the community team gave, we have been overwhelmingly impressed. Mum formed a lovely friendship with her carers, and looked forward to their visits. They showed her great kindness and made her laugh whilst delivering care in a professional manner. Bluebird Care Torbay (both managers and carers) consistently went the extra mile in caring for my mother over a period of three years. The continuity of carers was excellent and my mother really enjoyed their visits. The quality of care was also extremely good - both professional and empathetic. We would recommend Bluebird Care Torbay without hesitation. We really feel fortunate to have had them as Mum's carers.

The care provided by Bluebird Care Torbay enabled me to spend a weekend with the family celebrating my 60th birthday. Care was provided from Friday evening to Sunday evening providing meals and companionship throughout the day and early evening. I was able to enjoy some respite knowing my mother-in-law was being cared for by familiar people who she is used to seeing. She has Alzheimer's and this was invaluable.

Bluebird Care Torbay has been providing domiciliary care to my 96-year-old mother for five years. The care provided has been both professional and kind. Bluebird set a consistently high standard of reliable service. The team have always stepped up when situations required it. I have recommended Bluebird to others seeking high standards for their loved ones and will continue to do so.
