Both my carers are very helpful. They really do help me stay independent. I love the social parties everyone is really friendly. I feel looked after and special. Bluebird is very good. Thank you.

Not used the service for very long, a few weeks, but all that's been given is first-class. No problems, always the best you could ask for.

Bluebird Care made all the difference to my mum's life after she had been discharged from hospital. She had found it very difficult to admit she needed help but once she acknowledged that the managers and carers were able to reassure her and be there in a practical way, and they were always respectful towards her as an individual in her own right. I cannot fault the service I am receiving from Bluebird Care Torbay. My carer is superb - empathic, cheerful and willing. I am also very impressed by their administration - efficient and keep me well informed.

I am very happy with my carers, they are great company. Good workers, good cooks, cleaners and good at giving medicine. I'm always glad to know they're coming every evening.

Mum and Dad had emgerency carers before we went to Bluebird Care Torbay. We never knew if and when they would turn up or the standard of care they would provide. Bluebird Care Torbay turn up at 9am the morning and evening without fail. They treat Mum and Dad with the utmost care and dignity. As they have the same few carers, they have become more like friends and it is good that Mum and Dad are able to have chat and a laugh with them.

We are really pleased with Bluebird on the whole. The caregivers are all lovely, mostly very prompt and very thorough. We would probably prefer not having quite so big a team (no more new ones please!). They do all really care for Dad though. The management are always helpful with requests I make and seem very professional. They are obviously overworked as some things didn't happen as said, but nothing major.
