I appreciate these regular reviews although I rarely have any concerns to report. The people giving the review are always careful to write down what I say and encourage me to reflect on the service more deeply than I would without a review.
Each of the care team who visited me were very helpful, cheerful and willing to complete the tasks requested of them. These were domestic rather than personal care but they completed them magnificently.
I had Bluebird when my family were away and I will most certainly have them next time. Wonderful carers, absolutely marvellous. I knew who was coming and what time, and they were spot on the dot! They managed to do everything I needed in the time I paid for - fantastic. Cheery, chatty, kind, thoughtful people. I cannot praise them enough.
The carers are very good to me. I get help to have a shower and sometimes they come with me to hospital appointments. They are all such nice people, they offer to do any jobs around my house as well as showering me. I find them a great help.
Bluebird Care review was a very good opportunity to sing their praises. I am delighted with all parts of the service they provide me with. Everything, care, friendship and help have been first class.
The review for my mother was carried out in an efficient and inclusive way. My mother was asked about any issues of concern and how the care worked for her. She was involved and consulted about her care at each stage. We were able to raise small issues which were easily resolved
Bluebird Care has provided home care for my mum for 2 years now and I can only say that the care provided is of an excellent standard. All the carers work really hard to do the best for my mum which is very reassuring to me and my sister and it means my mum can continue living at home even though she is 94 years old and has dementia. I would 100% recommend Bluebird Care as we've had various care providers over the years and without doubt Bluebird Care are head and shoulders above the rest.
I would happily recommend Bluebird Care to anyone. Really happy with the care they give Dad. Really pleased with all the carers.
