I was the next of kin and Registered EPA holder for my cousin, recently deceased, who lived in York; I live in Leicestershire. Both her legs were amputated above the knee twenty years ago. The staff are reliable, caring and very cheerful. They take time to chat to my husband, whilst caring for his needs. They keep me fully informed of any changes in his health and care needs.
