I had a really bad experience with another plumbing company, they busted up my main sewer line and left me in a heck of a mess. After the hell I went through with the previous company, bluefrog was like a breath of fresh air! Roberto came in and fixed the main sewer line and installed all of the underground plumbing and drains for us in only one day! And, the guys they had to do the digging, were professional and fast as well! This was a great experience with these guys and I will not hesitate to call them back again to help... read more

they broke some of water sprinklers they could not find the water leak they left holes & cuts in the walls they left the work area very uneven

Needed to verify that I had either a blockage or break in a lateral sewer line. Bluefrog used a camera that located two breaks in the line on a Friday, and scheduled the repair for Monday. The replacement of 15 feet of sewer line was done very professionally. The supervisor (Eric) was very receptive to my inquires, and his workers (Chad & Mark) went above and beyond what I expected. I just needed a toilet I bought at Costco installed. Three companies came out and Blue Frog was the least expensive. They also explained everything and get it done quickly.

Needs a interpreter to communicate between job and employees who don't speak English.

Mike went out of his way to explain things and to make an extra uncharged trip to light the pilot. They were the only one of several companies I called that could get to my emergency (water flowing out of the water heater) within an hour.
