Sent an email appointment confirmation with photo and bio about who would be coming to the house (Thomas Rogers). Company called to say they could come by earlier than expected which worked out well. Thomas was thorough and professional. We recommend and will use service again.

After getting several quotes I decided on Blue Frog. Their prices were fair and the professionalism of staff from Christine and Amy in the office to Matt who is an apprentice was beyond expectations. I do want to say that my decision was largely based on the efficiency, professionalism, integrity and politeness of Thomas Rogers. Companies could learn a good lesson from this gentleman.
