Just made my first car purchase ever today. I have been a Lexus owner for many years and I decided it was time for a change. I was not sure what I was going to buy. I was really pleased with the reception that I received at BMW of Rochester Hills. Brad Paris was very informative and enthusiastic about the product. On our second visit we went back to Brad and elected to purchase a car. My husband did check out another dealership but he was also very happy with Brad and the service we received.

Sammi Naoum and the rest of the BMW team were very professional and spent a lot of time to guide us through not only the features of the vehicle but also all the difftent purchase options. Even after the sales process was completed we have reached out to Sammi on several occations and he is always available to talk and meet with you. That is what customer service is all about and it is greatly appreciated. Great dealership!

I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. Dave has been excellent and patient with me in my new car search which began at the beginning of the year and included test drives of several models before deciding on my 528xi. I have had experience with this delaership since 2009 and the excellent customer service is the reason I returned for another BMW.
