I wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas. I shopped around for a while as I wanted to have exactly what she wanted. We eventually chose the BMW X4. Great size for her and the 2 kids. We have been a repeat customer of BMW of Rochester Hills The reason that we have been a repeat customer is because of the level of customer service that is given to us every time we visit the dealership for service or sales . I went to two different BMW dealers one of which I have worked with before. I don't know what was in the air, but I could not get any proper assistance until I came to BMWS of Rochester Hills. I am fairly high maintenance and Brad worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. When the dust settled, I have a great new car and Brad has a client for life.
