Excellent personal service from the moment we walked in the front door until we drove off with our new X5. All the front end work in preparation for pick up was done well in advance. The finance service was fast and professional. This is our second car purchasing experience with BMW of Rochester and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

The entire experience was very pleasurable and efficient. My salesman was Sammi A.Naoum and he was excellent to work with. This was our first purchase of a BMW after many years owning Mercedes, Jaguar, Cadillac and other brands and Sammi made the education and selection process very easy and pleasant. My service representative, Mike Tatti, introduced me to Frank Sands. Frank was efficient, no 'fluff' got to the point. I never fealt I was being greased. At the time I came to pick my car up he was prepared, introduced me the new car sales manager, Matt. Mike Tatti came by to have a brief conversation with me.
