I already kind of new what car I wanted, but Erick G (Pre-owned sales) was very helpful in helping me make my final decision, along with explaining different financing options. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and really put in a lot of effort into responding to phone calls/emails and such. The whole experience was great, and I would have no reservations recommending Erick and Rochester Hills BMW to friends/family looking to purchase a new car.

We went to different BMW DEALERSHIPS but ROCHESTER HILLS DEALERSHIPS is by far the best. We were helped by DAVID GRIFFEN, very knowledgeable and warm welcoming person, he understood wat me and my husband were looking for in a car and came up with different options promptly. The overall process was really smooth and he is such a great person at heart that we felt very comfortable every time we went there. The BMW sales team was very helpful throughout the entire BMW purchase. The dealership went out of the way to make sure everything before during and after the purchase of my 2012 BMW was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them in the future. I drove from Cincinnati Ohio to purchase the vehicle and would not hesitate to do it again.

I came more than 100 miles to deal with this dealership and needed a quick deal on a weekend. Everyone made sure I got what I wanted, at a fair price, and in record time. This could not have been accomplished unless Tonya and the other members of the team were organized and efficient. They evaluated my trade in, explained the deal, allowed me a test drive, explained the new vehicle and completed the paper work. This all done in 2.5 hours.

Tonya was very friendly and knowledgeable when helping me purchase my 435i XDrive Convertible. She was very thorough when explaining the functions of the optional content on the vehicle and answered all my questions on the spot. Tonya made the purchase easy and stress-free. My experience at BMW of Rochester Hills was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I was shopping for a used 650i x drive convertible and Dave Griffin remembered that I had called previously and he returned my call. He allowed me to view the car right after it arrived at the dealership. I have bought that car. The entire team at BMW of Rochester Hills made the entire process an excellent experience. I have bought several BMWs in the past from other dealerships and this by far was the best experience. I'm very busy and the salesman brought the new vehicle to my house. Sammi Naoum showed me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and spent lots of time with me. He wanted me to buy the right vehicle for me and was frank about what I needed. He was easy to talk with.
