Brad Paris was great! He let me know I qualified for lease pull ahead, showed me an executive demo of a 328xi that was fully loaded, saved me thousands in down payment over my last lease, and lowered my overall monthly payment from my last lease. He made the transition into my second BMW quick, transparent, and painless. Service like Brad's will keep me returning to BMW in the future.
I leased my 4th company BMW last November through BMW of Rochester Hills. Usually these are pretty antiseptic transactions but this time Richard Bell made it very personal. He was very helpful in organisising the pick up and initial orientation. He is very knowledgable about the both vehicle in general as well as the electronic convenience items in the car. I went into the dealership after browsing at the auto show. I narrowed my choice down to a 4 series gran coupe. Brad was able to help me find what I wanted. Because I live 45 miles from the dealership He got everything done in one day, so I would not have to return, including my trade in.

I took my existing 328 in for service at 9:00 the morning I leased my new 328. At the time, I had no plans on leasing a new car. However, when I mentioned to Brad Paris that my existing lease was up in a few months he immediately started working on options for pulling me out of my lease. Long story short, I took home a new 328 that same afternoon. The entire process was fast and easy. Nice work Brad!
Just completed my third new vehicle lease through BMW of Rochester Hills and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Having been a customer since 2005 though, it’s not unexpected. As in times past, Sammi Naoum and the rest of the team did a great job of finding me the best deal and the process was smooth and painless.
