Being a millennial I research everything on the web before buying something and I email, text and use my phone for everything. The same goes when I lease a car. Tonya Murray made my leasing experience very easy, from configuring the car on the BMW website to picking it up at the dealership, she was always available to answer my emails and phone calls. From the moment we stepped into BMW of Rochester Hills, Richard Bell greeted us and made us feel welcome. From that point on, he was attentive to our needs in a car and worked very hard to find just the right one. Richard even came in on his day off to let us test drive several cars so we could compare different models before making a final decision. He went above and beyond to make a fair deal for us and the dealership as well.

Professional, courteous, friendly, personable... characteristics I'd use when describing the people we've met at BMW of Rochester Hills. Matthew Vazana greeted us and introduced us to Richard Bell; I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable salesperson.
