Sammy Naoum is a terrific salesman. He was very professional from start to finish in getting us the BMW we wanted. Sammy very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells.
David was respectful of my time and needs and was able to find the vehicle I wanted. The delivery was well organized and very thorough. He continues with his follow up several days after my vehicle delivery!

This is my first BMW. Working with Tonya and the team was hassle-free, easy, and enjoyable. This was a significant step up from my prior dealership experiences.
Richard was so great to work with. He was very flexible in our long-distance communications and very prompt and informative with his response to all of my questions. We were so pleased at how easy everything was - from finding the listing, to going in for a test drive, working out the purchase, and getting all the paperwork done. The BMW dealership of Rochester Hills was such a pleasure to work with. Erick Grabruck helped me shop, sign, and learn how to drive my new car before it left the lot.
