I was looking for a good reason to upgrade my BMW and the BMW dealership of Rochester Hills, especially Scott Tanke gave it to me. The total experience was great. I know when I need another vehicle, I'll be back with Scott.
I brought in my son's 2004 BMW 330 for service and had time to strike up a conversation with Brad Paris. My current lease (domestic) was ending soon and I needed a replacement. Brad took the time to review his inventory and found a 328IX that suited my needs. The entire process has been seamless and entirely professional. I could not be more pleased. Well, to say the least Tonya was exceptional! I could not have asked or did not expect the brillant service I received. I was so glad this dealership was willing to give a 'female' this position. It was the best experience I had ever been through while buying a car. The sales representative Mr.Sammi was excellent and helped me throughout the process.
The Bmw Dealership of Rochester Hills had the best customer I ever experienced from the beginning to the end of me driving off in my dream vehicle. David Griffin was awesome and also the manger David as well. Also the bmw genius guy was really great with his training of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership.
