I was looking for X6 M50i and I found one online so i called them and spoke with Daniel Fox on Wednesday so we went through all the numbers and i got approved for this car and as i live in San Francisco i took a flight at 6 AM from SFO to LA and Daniel was at the airpot to pick me up , we completed all the paperwork within 30 mins and he showed me the car and setup my phone and other all stuff and at 9:30 AM i drove back to San Francisco , super easy and professional service
Great Experience at Nick Alexander. John Won made it that much better. His knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness from the start of my lease to the end, John was on it. I truly wish that all dealerships had a John Won to interface with clients. I hope that Nick Alexander know that he has a gem and those are very hard to come by.

Jorge Martinez gave my husband a price online and over the phone, had him drive 80+miles only to mark up the 2022 X3 M40I at 4k over invoice when he arrived. I lease a BMW was at this dealership just for a quart of oil , never had a problem getting oil for my BMW that’s covered under my lease , a young service rep came out and told me they would charge me for oil , I’ve had BMW’s for 15 years and I paid extra on my lease so I wouldn’t have to worry about this , very disappointed with the dealership and service. "Beware of this place. They bait and switch you and play..." Beware of this place. They bait and switch you and play mind games. Ruben Espinoza, the sales manager, is on cocaine or something. He was sniffling and rubbing his nose the entire time and he was very aggressive. I can't believe he's in charge of this place.
"Damaged Vehicle " I bought my 2019 BMW 430i in for a Check Engine light diagnosis and was given a loan car while the repairs were done.
