I waited until the very last day of my prior lease. Daniel Fox had been in contact with me, buzzing me every few weeks reminding me of my lease ending. Finally I was ready to pull the trigger and I saw a Black 8 Series on the internet, but I wanted a saddle leather. Daniel was able to find it, and deliver it to my house three days later. My wife was really impressed!. This was car number 5 with Daniel.
Lia and Ruben did a great job getting me the car I wanted. They got everything handled remotely so all I had to do was walk in, sign and drive away in my new car
I had a good experience. The process was fine and the car was cleaned and gassed
My mother and I went in and were promptly greeted by Omar Zyout, his product knowledge and ability to explain everything to me and my mom in Spanish made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice to purchase our 3 series from him. I worked with Edgar Manzanares and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I had horrible experiences with Carvana and with two different dealerships that were trying to sell me cars marked up waaaay above market value. Edgar didn’t pressure me and gave me a fair price with no hidden fees, unlike the other people I had dealt with.
