Ever worry what it's going to be like to return your car when the lease is up? Well, if you lease one from Nick Alexander BMW, you really should. Car dealers aren't known for ethics, but this one seems to have taken things to a new low. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! All they care about is getting your money and not customer service. I ordered a EURO Delivery M3 from them and all went fine until the car was supposed to be shipped back. They shipped it to their Location in LA Instead of the Performance Center like i wanted, (I live in Miami). They then held the car for 2+ weeks before delivering the car to me. There are so many words that could be used to describe the experience of trying to work with this dealership, the first of which would be duplicitous, followed by insulting, disrespectful, ignorant, conniving, badgering and incompetent. I spent the weekend looking for a car online and found it Nick Alexander. I filled out a credit application online then called the Finance department directly.
