"Great Service" When I entered the Service Center I was greeted politely by Anthony and the service technician knew exactly why I was there. I did not have to waste time explaining the issue. "Diana is awesome " Diana, my service writer is awesome. She makes suggestions and takes care of all my vehicle's needs. She reviews my service history prior to my appointments so we can discuss the required work. I am in and out of the dealership timely due to her attention to detail. She is an example of an exemplary employee, providing professionalism and support of the BMW brand.

"1st time" I was very pleased with the facility. From the moment I pulled my vehicle into the garage I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional, especially an employee by the name of Diana who kept me updated on the status by calling and texting me. If I had 1 gripe, it would be that my appt was at 10:20 and I didnt leave until about 2pm but that wasn’t so bad due to the comfortable lounge upstairs which was great because I had my two little kids with me. "excellent customer service" Diana Martinez is exemplary and makes the customer experience seamless. She also constantly promotes the brand and builds trust which makes the customer come back for both service as well as sales.
"Last visit" It is always a pleasure to have work done at the dealership. Very professional, but a little pricey. Sorry, that is always the criticism of any dealership.
