"Had a positive experience." Anna was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. she kept me informed about the work being done on my car (via text), while I waited in the waiting area which was comfortable and well stocked with bagels and snacks. She was a pleasure to do business with and is an asset to the BMW family In Ramsey.

"Lori Asserson is great!" I have gotten 4 cars now with Lori Asserson, She is great at what she does. She's friendly, has a wonderful personality, most importantly she's been helpful every time with me to find a deal that works for me. She also responds quickly to phone calls or emails - communication and follow up has never been an issue. Ive reccommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so.
"Service" Excellent job painless and quick Only thing they could of done better job washing the car but that is minor most importantly was everyone was very accomadatimg and professional.
"Knowledge is key!" I was going to buy from Park Ave. BMW. All set, ready to go. The day I am to pick up my car, I was texted a picture of the two major scratches/dents the detail person made to the car. Park Ave. did not give me a discount for accepting a damaged car, even though they would fix it.... While this nonsense was going on, I read more about BMW's on the web, etc. etc. I found out a lot that made me very inquisitive to all BMW companies. "My time with service" The service manager was courteous and professional. He replaced a knob that was missing from the rear a/c controls right away. They washed the car and installed the tags. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions
