"Friendlier than in years past" A much more friendly/welcoming vibe than during the final years of the Joe Dockery-owner era. My salesman was very good but my certified pre-owned BMW probably shouldn’t have passed the “certified” inspection. It didn’t for me, so back to the dealership it went (to get fixed - I’m keeping the car once they get it in shape). Was handled professionally for sure. Service department seems very good too. Overall a good experience.
"Lori Was Fantastic" Lori is an absolute pro, and when my new lease is up, I'll go straight back to her without a second thought. For buyers like me (who actually love the process of car shopping and stalk BMW forums to tease out exactly what they want), she's the kind of knowledgeable and empowered salesperson you want in your corner. "What an experience " I called up because a tire light was on , they said come In right away , without even asking for a loaner I was handed the key and did a walk around and bam I was on my way. Excellent customer service
"Pleasant experience as always !" I had to bring my 2011 128i in for a recall repair. They called me when the parts were in and scheduled my appointment and a loaner car. I didn't have to keep calling them to ask if the parts were in, they are always on top of everything. While there I was advised of some repairs that needed to be done and was given the prices up front, which I really liked, no surprises when I picked the car up.
