"In and Out.." Dropped in to get new wipers. They took the car right away and had them replaced quickly. They really go far beyond to please the consumer. Great job, very pleased.
"...on very short notice (2 hours) I requested a check..." After a severe jolt to the call over a pothole and faced with a 450 mile drive the next day I requested a check up from BMW of Ramsey...The response was amazing...The service crew was concerned, courteous, and quick to determine a fix to my concerns...Thanks, BMW of Ramsey!

"Superior customer service" They have exceeded my expectations by returning my car within 2 hours. I was surprised by how seamless a process it was and how accommodating the Service representatives were. After my service, they even took the time to install new wipers on my son's BMW - with no appointment!
"31 point checkup" Service outstanding. people were courteous and informative. Wished the computer room had computer that worked!I needed to get some business done and could not. Fortunately, my wait for car was not too long.
"Pinnacle of excellence." I have had 3 vehicles serviced at Prestige BMW,and not once have I ever been let down in any way,whether it be price or time frame or the need to get a last minute oil change,these guys are always accommodating...keep up the good work.

"Efficient Service " I was pleased with the service but when I arrived to pick up me car, the battery was dead and had to purchase another one.
"BMW of Ramsey always available " I had trouble with a tire on the road on the way home from vacation( I was a long way from home and the dealer). I was able to call service and talk to someone who helped me deal with my issue until I could get to the dealership. It was great to have a lifeline, and when I finally got there, they took the car right away. Unfortunately, I had a cracked wheel...not happy about the cost, but service and interaction with everyone was nothing but positive.
