"Nice and professional" My buying experience at bmw of ramsey was excellent. We had a crack in the windshield of the used car we bought. The dealer replace windshield with no cost to us. Our salesman, and service advisor were excellent to deal with. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Identified potential issues, solutions, costs and timelines. Good not be happier with the service. Primary reason why I am on my fourth car from this dealership. Led me to buy a new car.

"Excellent service from start to finish" Received a prompt and warm greeting when arrived for my 8 am appointment. Check-in plus getting loaner car with John Brugaletta was fast and efficient. Had 2 update calls from John during the day. Upon check-out John gave great details on work that was done and recommendations for additional service.
