"Excellent, personal customer service." I received excellent, personal service at my last visit to Prestige for routine service of my 2016 X3. All of my concerns were addressed by Tony Circelli and I felt assured that he listened to me and understood my issues from a previous service visit. The service experience was “over and above” my expectations!
"Great" It was a pleasant and not pushy. Everything was very nice and I was happy car was done before I thought I would get it back.
"oil service and sos update" brought car in for 9;00am service appt returned at 12;30 car still not brought into service bay finally had car @approximately 4 pm
"Amazing service on both the car and us" This was my first time over at this dealer to service a check engine light that came on in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and met with my service representative who helped explain the issues he pulled from the car. "Unexpected Service Stop" I had a blowout on my way to Connecticut for a family wedding. We stop and decided to call the nearest BMW dealer and the Ramsey Dealer came up we call and spoke to Diana Martinez who was understanding of the situation and time constraints. Once we entered she assisted and provided us directions to places to eat within walking distance and stated she will try to get us out within an hout to hour and a half. "Lori has done it again!!" This is our 3rd BMW with Lori and as usual she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. It was a bit of a difficult swap with another dealer, but she made the process smooth and got it done quickly! Looking forward to many more BMW's with Lori!
