"Always a pleasure with Cameron" BMW of Ramsey service is always a pleasure. I only deal with Cameron Cocherl when I visit. He's always courteous, professional, and just a great person to deal with. He keeps me updated throughout the process and always follows up after the fact. I won't go anywhere else.
"AC not working " They were able to get my car in on short notice, gave me a loaner and fixed the issue quickly. Great communication with service throughout.

"Unscheduled service - walk in, bulb replacement." Service was unscheduled, however, both Anna and John were very accommodating. I was promptly attended to and work was completed within a short time. Appreciate the professionalism and level of customer care provided each time I bring my car in for service.
"Quickly and professionally handled my air bag recall." Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. The staff was friendly and efficient. "Pleasant, Helpful, Caring, Accommodating, Professional " From the moment I dropped off my vehicle I was treated like family. I was provided a loaner car and the issue with my vehicle was addressed promptly. Dealing with Brian was easy, he was attentive and kept me informed. Thanks Brian!
"Routine maintenance" I was told the oil change would take about an hour and it actually took almost 2 hours. I thought it would have been nice to get an update on the wait time when it takes more than the estimated wait time. Aside from this, John was great in getting the car in and out for me. I would definitely ask for him for my next service.
"Great experience " Lori was the best - knowledgeable, friendly. helpful, and courteous. Had a great experience all the way through, from building the car all the way to delivery.
