"Very Efficient and Fair" Quick, prompt and very efficient. No wasted time spent waiting!! The facility is very clean, my care was returned same day after being washed and vacuumed.

"Comfortable and reliable " The wait area is extraordinarily comfortable and accommodating. The furniture is lumbar sensitive and makes for exquisite back stretching! There are places to charge your phone or laptop and enough food, beverages, and water to keep a person content for a few hours. The service advisor Diana Martinez was professional. She answered all my questions courteously and patiently. My car was fixed too. The processing from start to payment has many friendly people.
"Perfect as Usual" The visit was to complete an overdue change of oil and also to cope with a couple minor questions I had about the car. As usual, flawless service, this time by Diana, last visit was with Cameron. Slightly further away than the Manhattan dealership, but infinitely more pleasant. Better waiting conditions and amenities too.
