"Rapid service excellent service" The service and sales were great and everything was Fast and explained to its fullest!!!Anthony Circelli is a gentleman and knows the business well. Lori asserson goes beyond to make the experience worth it ! Both persons make me want to come back again and again :)
"Excellent Service" I had a punctured tire and was seen right away. The wait time was what they said it would be. My car was returned to me clean and driving much better.
"Good Experience" I worked with Lori Asserson who was very helpful. Even when there were production delays at BMW's Spartanburg plant, Lori kept me informed and continued to fight to get the car exactly as ordered. When the car came in while I was on a two week holiday in Europe, she took care of all the little things including arranging for the transfer of my insurance to the new car.
"new car purchase" I worked with Lori and the experience was perfect. We agreed upon a number on the phone and the car was delivered on time and ready to go. I would highly recommend Lori and Prestige.
"Lori Asserson is Amazing" Lori Asserson is the best sales person I have met in the auto industry. While she's a great sales person, she's a better human being. Go see her. You'll be glad you did. I have gotten four cars from her ... and she's nearly 70 miles from my home. I am very thankful a friend introduced me to her a few years ago.

"Good June 2018 X5 purchase experience" Sales person Andrew Araque was knowledgable and responsive. He kept in constant contact during the closing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. The tech person was also very proficient and did an excellent job walking me through the X5's features and technology.
