"Service- Oil Change" I went to the dealership to get oil change. And I requested to get a car wash and they said they will do it for my car. But, they didn’t do it. I was disappointed. If they said they cannot do a car wash, I would totally understand it but, they said they will do a car wash for my car.
"Very professional " Led by Lori Asserson, the BMW purchasing experience was very pleasant and efficient. My options were well explained. I was dealt with in a fair manner. The car was ready very quickly and the explanation of electronic features (through the BMW genius) was easy to follow, even for a technophobe like me.
