"Smooth Transition" My family has worked with Alex Marsiglio for many years for all of our BMW's and he is the best of the best. Alex makes the experience painless and the transition from one lease ending to the start of a new one - seamless. "Excellent, efficient and friendly service " Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited me to have some breakfast in the lounge. 5 minutes later I was telephoned and told of work needed on my car. When i went down to service, the loaner paperwork was done in mnutes and I was escorted to a brand new x5 loaner and was on my way within 15 mintues of arrival. "Spotty service" Dropping off my car for service was easy and fast. My service person Diana got me a loaner quickly and was out the door. Got a text message later in day to advise my car was ready for pick up. When I picked my car up it took a good 15 minutes for them to find my car and bring it to me with at least 4 people asking me if someone went to get it. "I had a very good experience at my last visit. " I had a very good experience during my last visit to the BMW Service Center in Ramsey. Everything was run very efficiently from the time I dropped off the car and received a loaner to when I picked up the car after the Spring Diagnostic Clinic service was completed. Thank you Anna and Tony for such a pleasant experience.
